Holds Pick Up

Your libraries are here for you!  While Noel Wien Library is closed for renovation, we have many library services options available to you!   Three locations are available for picking up items on hold.  They are listed below.  Simply choose the preferred pickup location when placing the hold in our catalog.  Need assistance?  Please call Circulation at 907-459-1040.

You will receive notice when your hold is ready for pickup.  Notices will be sent out by email to the address listed on your account.   To confirm we have the correct email address,  either check your account online or call us at the Circulation Desk or the Help Desk at North Pole Branch.

Monday-Wednesday: 10am-8pm; Thursday-Friday: 10am-6pm; Saturday: 10am-5pm

  Please return your library items at our book drops located outside the Noel Wien Library, the Joy Community Center Library, or North Pole Branch Libraries.  Bookmobile receives returns at its stops and items may always be returned inside at the Joy Community Center Library or North Pole Branch during open hours.
